The wine cellar

The wine cellar is 1.260 m2 and built of concrete, stone and tiles. The premises consist of a wine making area of 365 m2 and bottling and warehouse area of 365 m2. It has a vintage cave (underground) and a floor of offices, laboratories, and meeting room of 265 m2.

The fermentation installations are modern and made of stainless steel and they also have refrigeration equipment. The pressing process is done with a pneumatic press.

Finally, the capacity of the tanks is 3.600 hl.
